This is SFC Smith (ret) 98C and I need to correct the dates. I was there Sept 83 until June 86. I ran the intel support for the G2 and LTC Setimo(spelling) from 302 MI BN. Two hats!

I was also with the 302nd MI Bn in the basement SCIF. From 83-85. Last time I was in Germany the complex looked run down from what I saw. I really miss Germany and the BEER and the FOOD and the PEOPLE.

Hello;

I was with the 302nd MI Bn back in the basement SCIF when we closed the Abrams building down and moved the battalion to Wiesbaden AAF while our A Company went to Campbell Barracks. I remember all the stuff we threw away and how you could purchase government furniture dirt cheap. I lived across the street in the BEQs... I was stationed in Frankfurt three times... 81-84 (Drake Kaserne and Michael Barracks), 87-90 Maurice Rose Army Heliport, and again 93-96 (Frankfurt Abrams and WAB)... I kinda miss those times.........wonder where everyone wound up?
