I was stationed with the 35 th arty group Warner Bks but lived at the bamberg air field,Aviation section from 1965 to 66 bird dog L- 19 mech.Lived in QUONSET HUTS cold in the winter small coal stoves Loved every minute of being there,Good aviation section

I was stationed @ Warner barracks from OCT.1981 to nov. 1982. I worked as a drug and alcohol counselor. I was fortunate to be in the medical field. Didn’t have to go to the field. Did visit Graf once. My wife and I enjoyed being tourists for a year. But my best tour of duty was in a signal battalion Neureit Kaserne, (Karlsruhe), 2 years. I enjoyed 3 years of service in Germany. If anyone remembers me e-mail me.
