My dad was stationed at Taylor Barracks. I lived in Germany for over 22 years. Graduated H.S. in Mannheim in 1969. Attended 11th through 12th. Prior to that I was a "dormy" at FHS while my dad was in Vietnam. Prinz Max was known by all.
I ended going back when I entered the Army. Ended up in 5/68th Armor, 8th ID at Sullivan Barracks and then I was stationed at Coleman Barracks in 7th Sig Bde.
Although Mannheim was cool, the best time I had was when we lived in Murnau from 1959 through 1964.
My mom and dad retired in Mannheim. My mom worked at the American Express bank and my dad worked at the PX.

I was in Mannhiem for about 14 years, 3 all over Germany and 11 as a civilian working on Coleman concern as sound center stock room manager. I played american football with the german football team Mannhiem Redskins. Was a DJ at the Owozzi club down town as well as the Top Ten club. My mentor was Tony Flemmings. Been a long time but would be nice to hear from "J" Mr. Giles who was and always will be my brother. Blade, are you still out there? Shout out.

I lived in Oftersheim from 1979-1985 and spent a lot of time at the Heidelberg Rod&Gun Club arcade games. I like to get in contact with Reed Maxwell. He went to BFV middle school and I think he lived there. There were other americans. If they remember me, would be cool if the contact me.

Gary,
Greetings from Upstate New York! I remember you from the "Good Old Days" at Mannheim! We were in the same class if I remember right, and you'd probably remember me from playing at the AYA in the band, Dimension Of Sound, along with John Kirkhum, Dave Lyle, Joe Vernier, and Nonie Tovar! Anyways, hope all is well! I also seved with the US Army and was stationed at Nelligen Barracks 70-72, the last two years of my tour.
Best regards,
Bill Wesley

I am the daughter of Stanley Parker who was stationed in Mannheim around 1957 to 1959..He met my mother Regina Magin around 1958 who lived in Ludwigshafen. I was born on Dec. 20, 1959. I know that Stanley Parker also nicknamed Stan has red hair, is married and has a family somewhere in Oklahoma. His age should be somewhere around 75 to 80 years of age. I just found out this last year that he was my father on the death of my mother. Please someone help..Thank you
