  3. We were stationed in Darmstadt when I was a kid from 1979 – 1982. One of the best experiences of my life. My dad was a Major and was promoted to a LTC during our time there. I’m hoping to visit soon so relive some childhood memories!

  4. Was assigned as Staff to the 32nd AADCOM from May 1978 – October 1978. A great place to live and work. Local host Nation community was very supportive of the Military Presence in their city. We were there for only a short period and met a lot of wonderful people both military and German. We enjoyed going to the Irish Pub “Sir George” I was transferred to Bremerhaven Germany to be a Company First Sergeant.
