My Dad and Mom were married at Herzo Base chapel in August 1952. He was stationed there and married a German girl.

Scott I remember u , I also remember when Moore got locked in the club. I’m like u I miss everything except the field. I still talk with harrow & Taylor in commo & cliff , also Sgt bush (med) spec. Warren died around 2006. Abel stays I. Germany. Hey man hit me back anytime take it easy.

Bell I don’t remember u its been along time I was in redeye/stinger down the street in 3/37th fa. Ssgt. Sexton was r plt Sgt. Then I came down there with ssgt. White & williams , Sgt. Lampkin. I’ve Lost contact with big pete who was in supply , also ursula turner me & her were tight. There r so many names that I’ve forgotten, there was another e-5 blk. Guy with a little bulb head I can’t think of his name. Hey if u have any contacts let me know. But anyway hit me back.

greetings i played herzo in a band in 68 i think it was about the time russia invaded checo/sl there was 4 of us & 2 girlsingers. a bit of a strange place i remember the happy hours yu could get pissed on the cheap.i remember the guy in the bar saying “no screwdrivers or zombies in happy hour” but he served us anyways. lol.we were called T he upsetters (think?) my brains gone it was summat like that.i remember we went into the town and met up with some GI,s and thats when i had my 1st dequila ..shit i think it was that effected my brain ? we had some good times and some scarry ones. anyone remember those times? like to hear . cheers, ian liverpool uk. 27/01/2012

Hi, I was stationed at Herzo Base June 1962 to February 1963 at the base dispensary.
Yes was medic.Had spent previous 18 months at what was then 20th station hospital Nurnberg.Took the transfer to get promotion,it worked.Lost track of German civilians we had working there long ago.Did find my old roommate about 2 years ago.Had many good times there

I was there 1973 to 1974 I was Lt Col Maloney’s Driver. I do remember Sgt Pierce in the Motor Pool.

Hey Guys I also drove the Bus from Herzo to Nurenberg on the weekends, CPT Kelly became my boss when he made Major at 210th HQ’s …Good to hear all of these names come up again Thanks Guys.
