   I was commander from 82-84, succeeding Tom Rauter, who succeeded you. Best assignment of my career, especially serving with Wyn Roberts. Don’t know if you’re aware that Wyn passed away last year.

     Sorry to hear about Wyn Roberts death. He was a great man to work with. Whatever happened to Mrs Winters, the Commander’s secretary?

   I was commander of JAROC from July 1978 to July 1980. Many good memories of my stay in Berlin. Hope to hear from people I may know from those days.
