Bill,
I remember you as “Wild Bill” you and Mark “Sparky” Oldham were best buds.
I spoke to Rick Wright a few times and Bill Dahl from ECo. E-mailed with Tom Miller, drove the skip loader in 3rd Plt. Somewhere I have a photo of you the day you left Germany for the States, and a bunch of other pics hanging out in the Barracks smoking and drinking. It’s always good to run across one of the old gang!

Well personally I wasn’t assigned, I was a “brat” at this time although did put my time in later….but Dad was, ….the Bn Cmdr from 1972 to 1974….he got such a kick out of knowing this site exists and so many people are reconnecting and when I asked him about Wormley and his antics….he actually laughed and said indeed he remembered. A couple of you mention Cpt Mitchell…dad said he was quite an officer!

Pete! How have you been? We were in the same platoon and we got in a fight right before your dad and brother came over to visit you. I remember walking down the stairwell and seeing you three standing there by the window. I though for sure I was going to kick my ass kicked. lol If I remember correctly you were from Maryland. Do you remember Barry Van Winkle? We stay in touch and in 2007 he came for a 5 day visit. We drank a ton of German beer and had a great time reminiscing! Hope to hear from you!
